Return Policy

All sales are final. - We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.*

*Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 15 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. We will only refund the item's total purchase price if a replacement is unavailable. 

All items are handmade; just like you and me, no two items are identical. Each item is made with love and quality in mind. Due to our process of handcrafting our items, there may be slight variations between each item, such as color and application. Please know we would never send out anything that does not pass our strict quality standard.
