Processing Time

  • Each order is made with care, and our typical processing time is 2-5 business days before shipping.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer to process. In such cases, we will notify you of the expected delivery timeline via email.
  • For some items we do use a third-party vendor to create and ship your items. Please be aware that we will do our best to ad-hear to our 2-5 processing time, but some items are outside out control for this timeline. We will communicate any delays from our vendors in the event processing time is delayed.

  • Our typical shipping time is 2-7 business days after we have process the order.

Shipping Rates

  • We use USPS, FedEx, UPS to ensure your orders arrive safely and promptly.
  • Available shipping options include standard with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship domestically across the United States.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, there may be delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing for international shipments.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at kellie@myranchhousecollective.net, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kellie@myranchhousecollective.net within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you are either refunded or receive a replacement item.

Address Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. My Ranch House Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.
