Processing Time
- Each order is made with care, and our typical processing time is 2-5 business days before shipping.
- Custom or bulk orders may take longer to process. In such cases, we will notify you of the expected delivery timeline via email.
- For some items we do use a third-party vendor to create and ship your items. Please be aware that we will do our best to ad-hear to our 2-5 processing time, but some items are outside out control for this timeline. We will communicate any delays from our vendors in the event processing time is delayed.

International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, there may be delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing for international shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kellie@myranchhousecollective.net within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you are either refunded or receive a replacement item.
